ABOUT 

Paulina has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10.  She believes yoga is the best medicine for the body, mind, and soul.  Yoga has always been what has helped her through all of her challenges, whether it was biking up a hill or going through a depression.  And loving kindness is the greatest gift she has received from practicing yoga.  It is the foundation of her class that helps cultivate resilience, balance, compassion, and peace.    

 

 

WHO TAKES CLASS

The classes I offer focus on calming the nervous system and relaxing the body so that it is easier to breathe.  It starts slowly with guided breathing and gentle movement to incrementally increase mobility in the joints and promote a feeling of ease and comfort in the body to prepare for postures and for the day.
